While rafting is at our core, we also offer a range of activities that will get your students into the outdoors, learning new skills and having a whole lot of fun.
Whitewater Rafting Grade 3
For students aged 13 and over. 60 Grade 3 rapids on the Tongariro River.
Whitewater Rafting Grade 2
For students aged 12 and under. A gentler, fun introduction to river rafting.
Mountain Biking
Tongariro River Trail for beginners. Tree Trunk Gorge for older and more able students.
Trout Fishing
Educational tour and trout fishing on the Tongariro – and catch one for yourself!
Indoor Climbing
Great for building confidence and teamwork skills.
High Ropes
Challenge course activities for all ability levels.
Age Requirements for Rafting
Students aged 12 and under raft on the Grade 2 section. Students aged 13 and over can experience our Grade 3 white water section.
