The Big Splash is about being WET in the summer and COOL in the winter, by doing a wicked combination of bungy jumping and rafting. With two locally owned and operated companies, we offer an action-packed day, that’s on the wild side!

Adults:$404.00 per person Children (minimum age 11):$404.00 per person For rafting children age 11 and 12 need a 1:1 adult ratio Departure Times:Bungy: Usually about 12pm in Summer and 10am in Winter at 202 Spa Road, Taupō. Rafting: Meet at our Rafting Base at 1:45pm in Summer and 11:45am in Winter at 133 Atirau Road, Turangi. What you need to bring:Swimwear, Towel, A sense of adventure Please ensure you carry any necessary emergency medications, including but not limited to those for asthma, severe allergic reactions, heart conditions, and similar medical needs. Bungy Jump
Throw yourself from the highest water touch bungy platform in NZ, at Taupō Bungy. From 47metres high, above the Waikato River, you choose to stay dry or immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters below – from your fingertips to your ankles. Set in a spectacularly scenic location, this is a ‘must-do’ activity whilst visiting the Taupō region.
Rafting Trip
Enjoy a grade 3+ Whitewater rafting adventure that combines the heart-pumping action of more than 60 rapids (with an expert guide at the helm) and plenty of spectacular, unspoiled wilderness (a large part of this trip can only be accessed by raft or kayak). Challenge your limits by daring to do the cliff jump (conditions permitting) and take in the commentary from our knowledgeable and professional guides.
Trip time 2 to 2½hrs.
Active participation is key on our Whitewater Grade 3 trip! You need to be able to follow paddle commands and safety instructions to ensure a safe and thrilling experience.
